AI Automation Services: What We Build and What It Costs

If you’re spending $100+/day on ads, you have more data than you can realistically look at. Campaign metrics, keyword performance, lead volume, weekly trends — it piles up faster than any one person can process it. The businesses I work with don’t need more dashboards. They need something that reads the data and surfaces what matters, on its own.

That’s the lane I work in: AI automation for ads, leads, and marketing data. Not customer-service bots, not generic dev work — specifically the layer between your ad accounts and your team.

What We Build

Ad Account Chat Bots

Natural-language querying of your Google Ads and Meta accounts. Ask “what were my top 10 keywords last month by conversion volume?” and get an answer in plain English — no logging into the platform, no building a pivot table. I just shipped one for a client with three active accounts (two Google, one Meta). They query all three from a single Slack interface.

This is read-only by design. The bot never touches campaign settings or spend. That’s not a limitation — it’s the point. See custom AI agents for more on how the read-only guardrails work.

CRM and Lead-Data Agents

Agents that read your CRM, summarize lead activity, and flag what needs attention. Useful if you’re running high-volume lead gen and someone on your team is manually checking “how many leads came in this week, where did they come from, which ones haven’t been followed up.” That’s a task a well-scoped agent handles better than a human.

AI Reporting — Harness and Fully Automated

Two variants, depending on how much you want to be in the loop:

Harness (semi-automated): You drop in the client data, the system generates a report draft in your voice, and you can chat back and forth to edit it. Useful for agencies producing high volumes of client reports — same format, consistent tone, fraction of the time.

Fully automated: The bot reads the data on a schedule, writes the email, and sends it without you touching it. I built one that fires every Monday — reads the previous week’s performance, identifies which keywords are working, flags trends, and sends the summary directly to the client. Zero manual steps.

Campaign and Keyword Scoring

A proprietary system that reads account data, scores campaigns and keywords on performance signals, and surfaces which accounts need attention. Built for media buyers managing multiple accounts — instead of manually checking 15 accounts every morning, you see a prioritized list of what needs work. The system catches the things that would otherwise slip through.

SEO and Website Agents

We’re running AI-assisted SEO operations right now — the pages you’re reading are part of that. Agents that research keyword clusters, draft content briefs, identify gaps, and track rankings. Website automation that handles the repetitive work in a digital-marketing operation.

Recent Builds

BuildWhat It Does
Cross-account Slack botQueries 3 ad accounts (2 Google + 1 Meta) in plain English via Slack
AI reporting harnessLoads client data → outputs a report in your voice; editable via chat
Automated Monday reportReads data, writes the weekly performance email, sends it automatically
Account scoring systemScores campaigns + keywords across accounts; surfaces what needs attention

How It Works

1. Scope the Build We talk through what you want to automate, what data it needs to read, and what the output looks like. I’ll give you a fixed-price quote at the end of that call. Most builds fall into one of the categories above, with variations based on data sources and output format. I’ll tell you up front if what you’re describing is outside my lane.

2. Build It Typical build is two to four weeks depending on complexity. You don’t need to do anything technical — I handle the integrations, the API connections, the hosting setup. You get a working system.

3. Host and Support It After launch, I host the system and provide ongoing email support. If something breaks or the underlying API changes, I fix it. Monthly retainer covers hosting infrastructure and support response within one business day.

What It Costs

Price
Build fee$500–$2,000 depending on complexity
Hosting + email support$100–$300/month

Simple builds (single data source, single output) run $500–$800. Multi-account, multi-platform, or custom integrations run $1,200–$2,000. The monthly retainer scales with hosting load — most clients land at $100–$150/month.

No ongoing percentage of ad spend, no enterprise retainer tiers. You pay for the build, you pay for the infrastructure.

Scope Candor

I’m not a senior software architect and I don’t pretend to be. What I build lives at the intersection of ad tech, marketing data, and AI tooling — that’s a specific lane and I’m good at it. If you want a general-purpose coding bot, an internal IT automation system, or a customer-service chatbot, I’m not the right fit. If your question is “how do I get more visibility into my ad data without hiring another analyst or learning to dig through Google Ads myself,” that’s exactly what I do.

Who It’s For

Businesses spending $100+/day on ads — especially lead gen — who have real data and want to do something with it. Typically you don’t have a full in-house analytics team, or you’re trying to reduce what you’re paying an agency for. You want a pulse on what your ads are doing without logging in every day, and you care about doing it safely — no AI touching the actual campaign controls, no risk to accounts you’ve spent years building. If that’s you, read on. If you want to hand someone the login and let AI run your campaigns autonomously, that’s not what I do and I’ll tell you that up front.
