We also use our own tracking pixel (EPI) on client websites to collect lead quality signals. This pixel collects: form submission data, IP-based location (city/region level only, not precise location), browser and device information, referral source, and UTM parameters. This data is used exclusively to score lead quality for the account holder who installed the pixel.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Google Ads Data Access
What We Access
When you connect your Google Ads account to our tools (including but not limited to EPI, Media Buyer's Cockpit, and Snapshots), we access your Google Ads data through the Google Ads API. This includes:
- Campaign settings, budgets, and bid strategies
- Ad group and keyword data
- Ad creative content and performance metrics
- Conversion tracking configuration and conversion data
- Account-level settings and change history
- Audience and targeting information
- Reporting data including spend, clicks, impressions, and conversions
We request only the data necessary to provide the specific tool's functionality. The scope of data accessed depends on which tool you are using.
How We Use Your Google Ads Data
Your Google Ads data is used exclusively to:
- Display your account data within our tools
- Generate performance reports and alerts
- Score lead quality (EPI)
- Monitor account health and detect issues (Cockpit)
- Create historical snapshots of account state for comparison (Snapshots)
- Provide recommendations and insights based on your account data
We do NOT use your Google Ads data for:
- Advertising or marketing to you or others
- Selling or sharing with third parties for their own purposes
- Training machine learning models on your specific account data
- Any purpose unrelated to providing our tools and services to you
How We Store Your Google Ads Data
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and stored securely
- Account data pulled from the API is stored in encrypted databases
- Historical snapshots are stored for the duration of your subscription
- Landing page screenshots and HTML captures are stored in encrypted cloud storage
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription
- Cancelled accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account cancellation
- OAuth tokens: Revoked immediately upon disconnection or account cancellation

Revoking Access
You can disconnect your Google Ads account from our tools at any time:
- Through the settings page within any of our tools
- By revoking access in your Google Account permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions)
- By contacting us at luc@lucflynn.com
When you revoke access, we immediately stop accessing your Google Ads data and delete your OAuth tokens. Historical data already collected is retained per the Data Retention policy above unless you request its deletion.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
